1 Refund Eligibility Criteria
At mirevolantiq, we understand that circumstances change and you may need to request a refund for our working capital analysis services. Refunds are available under specific conditions outlined below.
Important Notice
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial payment date. After this period, refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if: you have not accessed more than 25% of the contracted services, there has been a technical error preventing service delivery, or you have experienced documented service quality issues that we cannot resolve within 5 business days.
Refunds are not available for: change of mind after full service delivery, services that have been completed to satisfaction, or requests made more than 30 days after service completion.
2 Refund Process Timeline
Our refund process follows a structured timeline to ensure fair evaluation of each request while processing them efficiently.
Submit Request (Day 1)
Contact our support team at info@mirevolantiq.com with your refund request including payment reference and reason for refund.
Initial Review (Days 2-3)
Our team reviews your request against our refund criteria and may request additional information or documentation.
Decision & Processing (Days 4-7)
We'll notify you of our decision and begin processing approved refunds through your original payment method.
Completion (Days 5-10)
Refund appears in your account depending on your bank's processing times. Credit cards typically process within 3-5 business days.
3 Payment Methods & Processing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method whenever possible. This helps maintain security and reduces processing complications.
For credit card payments, refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, though some banks may take up to 10 business days to show the credit on your statement. Bank transfers and direct debits are usually processed within 2-3 business days for Australian banks.
If your original payment method is no longer available, we'll work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. This may require additional verification steps for security purposes and could extend processing time by 2-3 additional business days.
Processing Fees
Third-party payment processing fees (typically 1.5-3% of transaction value) are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount as per standard industry practice.
